Try sailing at Yeadon Tarn

We all had to start somewhere and Yeadon Tarn is ideal for those who have little or no sailing experience. We recommend that you come along to one of our Tuesday night training sessions or open days and give it a go for free.

At a training or open day session you will be given some basic instruction as to how a sailing dinghy works and then taken out on to the water by an experienced club member.

What next:

  • Fill in the consent form, print it off and bring it with you. Bring a wind proof coat, old trainers and a change of clothing (just in case).

In order to sail as a non-member at Yeadon Sailing Club we will require you to fill in the following information and confirm that you understand that although all effort will be made to ensure you have an enjoyable experience, there are some risks with sailing.
